Ancelotti denies Higuaín deal

Real Madrid boss denies yesterday’s reports.

It was reported yesterday that a €35 million deal had been struck between Real Madrid and Napoli to see the Argentinian forward head to the Italian club. But today new boss, Carlo Ancelotti has come out denying these reports, saying “He is very important to us and nothing else – it is not my business to judge the price of a player.”

Higuaín came on as a substitute in yesterday’s friendly against Bournemouth, scoring within a minute. He has been targeted heavily by Arsenal, but the London club appear to have missed out on him.
